System Introduction

The SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) system consists of four main parts: device controllers, data acquisition equipment, a cloud database, and client software. The system possesses the functionality to monitor the operational status of field devices and projects in real-time. It can collect operational data from field devices instantly and upload it to the cloud on the internet, enabling remote management and maintenance of critical components of the field devices. Utilizing Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and big data technologies, the SCADA system analyzes the collected operational data and device information, and generates reports. The device monitoring interface displays the operational status of field devices in real-time, including device locations, operational data of key components, etc. At the same time, important information such as device operational records and fault records is saved in the cloud.

User Access

Users can access the SCADA system via the internet to understand the operational status of their projects. This allows users, regardless of their location—whether at the office, at home, or on a business trip—to connect their laptops, tablets, or mobile phones to the internet and, through a WeChat mini-program, gain real-time insights into the working status of field devices.

Maintenance Reminders

The SCADA system can set maintenance schedules for critical components of the equipment and display the remaining time in real-time. At the scheduled maintenance time, the system will automatically send reminder notifications to users via email, SMS, or WeChat.

Remote Monitoring

The device monitoring interface provides real-time monitoring of the operational status of field devices, including information such as device location, servo operation, motor operation status, temperature, position, and other relevant details. Meanwhile, important information such as device operational records, fault records, and maintenance records is saved in the cloud.

Operational Reports

The SCADA system automatically and periodically (daily, monthly, yearly) generates operational data reports for the equipment, enabling users to have real-time access to the operational status of the equipment, fault causes, and project operational information.
